		<description>Ubisoft came close to making this mistake themselves with Heroes V.  Early on they decided they would take the game in a new direction (for whatever reason).  The outcry from the LOYAL fanbase made them rethink this strategy though.

There is no better way to destroy your game then to forget the customer base that you have developed.  You will get destroyed in reviews and that will cost you even more customers.  For proof of how well this doesn&#039;t work, one only needs to look at a little game called Star Wars Galaxies.</description>
