@Ken: yes, they review the content. I don’t know exact details. Basically GameDev.net is “all about game development”, so if your news is anything related to game development I bet they accept it.

Devmaster is another good place to submit news. I had plans to gather a list of very good sites where to submit your news. If any more come to your mind, just add your comment here.

Does the submission go through a review process before it goes to RSS? Is it moderated for certain content? What types of stories are appropriate to submit?
