I'm currently getting busy with my grandest project so far.
Recently, I've been shooting on pucks in a virtual ice hockey arena.

I don’t suppose you have any good tips for getting started with something like this? A gentle intro for a hobbyist/casual enthusiast maybe. I’ve never been able to get to grips with 3D graphics software, but it’s not something I’ll use often, so I don’t really want to spend hours researching it either.
