I was thinking that indies can spend certain amount &lt;i&gt;per month&lt;/i&gt;. Like for example... if you don&#039;t have $1000 to spend on art &lt;i&gt;now&lt;/i&gt; (your budget might not allow it), then you can simply negotiate a deal where you spend $100 per month - and be able to get those art assets right away.</description>
