I just renewed couple of domains of mine (I use Namecheap.com for all domains by the way). I suggest you do the same.
You don’t want to end up in the headlines like here (not renewing one domain cost $35 000 to this organization).

My company (http://www.siipi.com) charges only 10€ per year for a domain. I think that is the cheapest in the world at the moment, considering all services included.

I use Dreamhost and they have nice system setup that allows then to automagicly renew my domains. Only thing to worry about is having enough money for them :)
