Ironically enough, I would use my Flickr/Yahoo account WAY more if I could use my gmail (or Facebook) account to authenticate. Oracle does the same thing on their (fugly) website, but it's 10x more confusing. You have to go through a ridiculous process just to grab some JDBC drivers. Ugh. Yeah,

I once deleted an old Yahoo account because I forgot that it was tied to the Flickr login. Not 10 minutes later I had an "Oh s***!" moment, went straight back in to cancel the deletion and followed all their instructions. Did it get deleted anyway? Yup. I got an auto-responder telling me that they'd get back to me. Did a human ever respond to my emails to support? Hell, no. This must have been at least 3 years ago. I guess they haven't changed.
