  1. Make a game — take it to market — sell 1 copy
    (or 1 in-app purchase, or license it, or earn $1 in ad revenue)
    i think the “earn $1 in ad revenue” would be the easier, at least in the flash market

  2. It might be diffcult to make a game which somebody buys, if it’s not worth any money.
    And if you make a game which is worth any money, it might be difficult to sell only one copy.
