Could anyone give me some useful feedback on my website?
Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated. I do the web site in my own spare time and I eventually hope to get more game industry people reading it.

Hmm, try something different color than red on blue background.
Hmm #2, maybe simply consider getting some CMS platform... or something like wordpress.org blog system for publishing articles?
Now it's bit difficult to navigate due chosen colors, and no link underlining..

Thanks Juuso : will try out some new colours tomorrow and underline the links.
I have tried out wordpress but i found it so restricting and too "simple" with regard to the overall content i wish to write.
Have also investigated CMS platforms but I find them very technical and complex and would struggle to find the time to get to grips with it.
Maybe i will have to go to the bank and borrow some money so i can pay a professional web designer to do the job properly !:)

No! Just get wordpress and do it for free - it really is very simple.
You have lots of nice content - it's just hidden amongst the many words :(

I think Wordpress isn't that restrictive once you get a hang of it (especially if you can do some PHP coding).
You could consider using wordpress and hire somebody to do a proper template & stuff you want to see.

Thanks for all the feedback.
Change is coming : I am thinking about buying a professional wordpress theme - am very keen on this one (http://everson.us/eversonnews-wordpress-theme ) ... it costs approx 50 dollars but comes with support to enable me to get it up and running). I wont even need wordpress to run it apparently.. i can just edit it as a index.html file.
Update : have now added more space, moved more content from the front page, removed the blue and red headings...

Looks pretty nice.
Regarding wordpress though... when it's running you don't need to edit any html files ever again... much easier :)
btw - take a 'test drive' at www.wordpress.com, there you can try it for free (on their hosted site)

OLD but;
I think you need to add more color to it; at least blue to give it some life. To much of one color is never good.
